Previous experience/expertise
Environmental Policy/Permitting – Extensive experience with environmental permitting, particularly related to wetlands and threatened and endangered species analyses and permitting. We have focused on comprehensive environmental policy projects for local governments for which we have developed strategies for environmental protection of natural communities and wildlife habitat. This work has culminated in a deep expertise on local, state, and federal regulatory policy and the nuances of environmental regulations as they have evolved over the past 30 years.
